About the Author
Dami Ajayi was born in Nigeria. He studied medicine at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is the co-founder of the international online literary magazine, Saraba. His poems have appeared on MapleTree Literary Supplement, African Writing, Sentinel Nigeria, AnnArbor Review, Sunday Revue, Nigerians Talk and elsewhere. He was nominated as one of the “Eight Nigerian Poets Whose Poems Delight” in 2011. Clinical Blues, his debut collection of poems was shortlisted for the prestigious 2012 International Melita Hume Poetry Prize and longlisted for the Erbacce Poetry Prize in the same year.

Disappointing.

This book promises an overview of the mobilization of the term "crisis" in contemporary usage, as well as an analysis of "what sort of analytical work the concept of crisis enables". Unfortunately, Roitman fails to deliver on these promises. I found her analysis to be superficial and her writing style to be desultory. It reads as a book proposal or abstract, but not a finished work.

Fantastic book

This book is fantastic- covers all the important aspects of undergraduate medicine- both the medical and psychological aspects in a very well written concise manner that is easy to understand and to learn! I would highly recommend this book for anyone- for me it was certainly money well spent.

Excellent Clinical Reference

As a busy clinical otolaryngologist in Lutherville Maryland, who is called upon to render opinions on all manner of oral lesions, I am pleased to finally have a comprehensive reference to make my practice more precise and treatment rendered more effective. This book is very well illustrated and provides an in-depth yet telegraphic approach to the wide range of oral pathology that is encountered in the general clinical practice of ENT. I recommend this well referenced book to all of us in allopathic medicine, who are not extensively trained in benign oral lesions,but are in need of a cogent answer to the question "Hey Doc look at this and tell me what you think it is?". I now have a "go to" reference for this exact need. Mark Williams MD

Great clinical correlations for dentists, oral surgeons, and ENTs

This a great textbook for relating clinical conditions to pathology and radiology. A must-have for clinicians who manage and treat orofacial conditions or residents/students who need a little extra help developing strong clinical differential diagnoses.

The one at the store was more

While on a road trip with friends I had a glance at this book and thought it was expensive...When I got home I went to my favorite site Amazon and sure enough I found it...I had forgotten its name but since Amazon has a great search I was able to find it...The book was brand new and half the price of the store...I hate to cut out the stores but gosh I can afford the extra fabric now by just saving that little extra on the book...I love having things come right to my door when I have had to pass something up at a store for some reason...Great work Amazon...and the people that supply them...I will keep shopping...

Love quilt! Book arrived in perfect condition and very timely.

I needed this book to complete a quilt. I had the directions to cut fabric (mostly) but not to assemble. Directions in book were very helpful and easy to follow. I have now completed the top and love it! Garden Twist Quilts book was new and shipping was great!
